Dan joined Sunbelt in February, 2011 having previously been with Century 21 Commercial and Cushman Wakefield LePage from 2000 – 2010. During this time Dan, as a licensed Realtor in the Province of New Brunswick, successfully planned, launched and managed Century 21 Commercial the very successful business brokerage and commercial real estate division of Century 21 Countryside Realty Inc. He was directly involved with Cushman Wakefield Lepage’s entry into the Fredericton, NB marketplace.

He has completed the Certified General Accountant (CGA) program of studies (1987) offered jointly through CGA NB and CGA Canada; the Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI) designation offered through the American Business Brokerage Association (ABBA); and is a certified machinery & equipment appraiser (CMEA) who is qualified to issue USPAP compliant machinery and equipment appraisals.

Dan offers professional business brokerage, machinery and equipment appraisals, commercial real estate and related financial services to existing and new clients in New Brunswick. He is available to deliver engaging and interesting presentations to individuals/groups that may have an interest in learning more about buying or selling businesses.

Marsha Pond brings marketing expertise and hands-on business experience to the sales efforts of Sunbelt Fredericton. A 30 year career working directly with small business owners in the tourism sector and personal experience as a business operator and consultant throughout Atlantic, Canada provides Marsha with important insights into business operations.

Marsha understands the realities and opportunities business owners/ operators face in Atlantic Canada and she is committed to ensuring your experience as a seller or as a buyer, is a successful and satisfying one.

Brad Pond understands how business works. He has been active in small and mid-sized business operations and management for more than 20 years. His experience includes operating a family-owned, hospitality business in rural New Brunswick, property management in Yellowknife, NWT and most recently high-end property management in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Since 2011, Brad has been an important part of the Sunbelt Fredericton team. He is fully trained to value your business and to guide you to a successful sale.
Brads was born and raised in the greater Fredericton, New Brunswick area and holds college diplomas in the fields of Small Business Management and as a Forest Technician. He has a strong network and the business intuition to attract the right buyer and facilitate the sale of your business.

An avid outdoorsman, he spends his free time salmon fishing.
