Dan joined Sunbelt in February, 2011 having previously been with Century 21 Commercial and Cushman Wakefield LePage from 2000 – 2010. During this time Dan, as a licensed Realtor in the Province of New Brunswick, successfully planned, launched and managed Century 21 Commercial the very successful business brokerage and commercial real estate division of Century 21 Countryside Realty Inc. He was directly involved with Cushman Wakefield Lepage’s entry into the Fredericton, NB marketplace.
He has completed the Certified General Accountant (CGA) program of studies (1987) offered jointly through CGA NB and CGA Canada; the Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI) designation offered through the American Business Brokerage Association (ABBA); and is a certified machinery & equipment appraiser (CMEA) who is qualified to issue USPAP compliant machinery and equipment appraisals.
