Phil has been involved with numerous business ventures in the past 30 years, including Commercial Real-Estate purchases and sales, Construction Trades related business start-ups and the development of 2 international Flight training Schools in Southwestern Ontario.
Phil, a retired Airline Transport Rated Pilot and Class1 Flight Instructor, had a successful 35-year career in the Aviation Industry. He enjoyed time as a bush pilot and a Charter Aircraft Pilot in Northern B.C. Soon afterwards Phil became involved with Flight Training and founded his own Academy in Ontario which eventually grew to 4 satellite bases with 14 Aircraft. Phil has held positions such as Corporate Pilot, Chief Pilot, Chief Flight Instructor, Pilot Examiner and Director of Flight Operations. Philip has helped launch the careers of hundreds of today’s Airline pilots.
The one common element along Phil’s journey has been his passion for Business. He is a true entrepreneur and it is this wealth of experience that he has to share with persons looking to sell, buy or start up a business.
