Tyler joined the Sunbelt team in 2016 after graduating with honors from Laurentian University’s Bachelor of Commerce program, specializing in Finance. Tyler was initially responsible for performing business valuations, conducting industry research, and preparing and managing marketing documents for our engagements. As Tyler’s knowledge of the industry grew, his interest in business brokerage became a passion, and led Tyler to become a licensed business broker in October of 2018. Tyler is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) – a global designation earned through the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) for professionals engaged in business brokerage and mergers & acquisitions. Current professional affiliations include: Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), and Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA)
