Gavin McLintock is a Professional Engineer, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, and a Professional in Critical Infrastructure Protection. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE. Over more than 30 years of business experience as a consultant and entrepreneur he has led or participated in the creation of six technology, consulting or media production enterprises. He works with Sunbelt running IT and web infrastructure, providing IT support and carrying out business valuations
As a consultant, engineer and project manager he has held COO and CTO positions and has led or personally carried out dozens of projects for large and small companies and non-governmental organizations as well as for many Canadian and U.S. Government Departments. In starting and managing several small enterprises, and in several consulting assignments, he has gained experience in finance, human resources management, marketing, product development and project management, both nationally and internationally. He is a skilled communicator with more than 25 technical papers, magazine articles, lectures and conference presentations and several radio and television appearances to his credit. He has written numerous reports, proposals, marketing and business plans. He has also developed curriculum for, and instructed in, the certification program for the Professional in Critical Infrastructure Protection designation.
Mr. McLintock is active in the community having served, or currently serving on the Boards of several community, not-for-profit and charitable organizations.
